  Science walk expects a meaningful and thematic expression of science concepts with the right blend of 

       fashion, creativity and concepts

• Eligibility                                       : Classes 9 to 12

Rules and Procedure:

• Team is expected to present a scientific theme based on a particular scientific principle/concept.

• Participants have to design costumes and accessories based on scientific principle(s) on the chosen theme.

• The team of 6 participants should comprise of models, designer and scientific correspondent.

• No additional participant as designer /correspondent will be permitted.

• Dress code: Formal/ Semi Formal

• Branded costumes will not be given any additional points while judging the performance

• Handmade accessories containing the theme should highlight the beauty of science

• Eco-friendly materials should be used to make accessories or props

• Runway time: 5 minutes per team. (4 minute on the runway + 1 minute to describe the theme and costume) 

• Participants should adhere to time limit for presentation

• Music should be submitted at the Registration counter in a Virus-free Pen drive(mp3 format)

• The scientific demonstration must be within the bounds of reason, appropriate and safe to take place in an auditorium environment with an audience.

• The contestants should wear appropriate costumes. Inappropriate behaviour will lead to the disqualification of the entire team. 

• Last date of Registration is Monday, 10 July 2023.
