RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• The school ID card is mandatory for the participants.

• The allotment of country will happen between 12th and 13th July 2023.

• Position papers are required for NPSYPRMUN 2023.

• The soft copy is to be mailed on or before Monday, 17th of July 2023 before 12 noon to npsyprgoonj@gmail.com.

• The hardcopy is to be carried on the day of the event.

• Formal decorum is to be maintained at all times. All delegates are expected to follow instructions given by their respective Executive Board members.

• In any case of conflict with any Chairperson or any other member, the information must be brought to the notice of any senior member of the Organizing Committee immediately.

• Delegates must be formally clad on the day of the event. Formal black long skirts/pants  and white shirts for female delegates. Formal black pants and white shirts for male delegates. Blazers are optional.

• National Public School follows a very strict anti-cyber bullying policy.

• Any kind of violent or aggressive behaviour and speech will not be tolerated within the school premises. Strict actions for such behaviour will be taken immediately.

• Please note that Laptops and Mobile phones will be allowed, provided they are kept in silent mode. All electronic devices must be fully charged.

• National Public School, Yeshwanthpur claims no responsibility for the loss of any electronic devices.

• Last date for Registration is Monday, 10th July 2023.
