An event testing your leadership skills and policy making abilities while amending policies to suit situations and emergencies and managing resources effectively and efficiently. The event deals with both the ability to control an emergency while upholding existing foreign policy and situating their delegation in a strategic position.

(This is an individual event; teams are made on spot.)

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Parliamentary language to be used at all times. Failure to do so may result in an automatic disqualification.
2. Debates should be civil in nature.
3. Chairs of committees have the power to disqualify teams upon the failure to adhere to rules provided.
4. Judge’s decision is final and binding.
